Anything confirmed before the daily cut off is packed and dispatched the same day, and orders placed later move out on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the courier scans the parcel.
Most catalog items can be returned within thirty days of delivery when they are unused and resalable. Damaged or faulty items are covered by the store, and the returns desk will arrange a replacement or a refund once the issue is confirmed.
